Design refresh for the Swiss Digital Day and a name for its national world café events
Scholtysik create the appearance of the Swiss Digital Day and develop name, logo and design for the newly created national event series “tell”.
This year’s day of action initiated for the third time is held under the motto “experiencing digital together” and will take place at twelve locations throughout Switzerland. On September 3rd, more than 80 well-known Swiss companies and organizations are bringing the public closer to all aspects of digitization. The patronage of the Swiss Digital Day initiated by digitalswitzerland will be taken over by Federal President Ueli Maurer and Federal Councilor Guy Parmelin.
Refreshing a Swiss icon
At the heart of the Swiss Digital Day’s identity created by Scholtysik is the “Digital Peak”. Interpreted in a contemporary way, the refreshed look ties in with the appearance of past digital day editions. In addition to the “Digital Peak”, the Swiss Digital Day focuses on a characteristic, universally applicable typography and a clearly defined color scheme. On top, Scholtysik is designing the appropriate communication tools as well as the look and feel of the website in close collaboration with update AG, an Swiss based web agency. All partners of the Swiss Digital Day will also be provided with a four-language marketing and communication kit.
Speak up with “tell”
On the occasion of the Swiss Digital Day, the dialogue with the population should be especially promoted with a uniquely created series of events called “tell”. Visitors of the Swiss Digital Day are given the opportunity to discuss changes, hopes and fears about digitization with renowned experts. Scholtysik creates the name for the event series with the appropriate claim “Digital starts with you – speak up!” The appearance of “tell” fits into the overall appearance of the digital day.
